Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and William Oliver Ferguson, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Waterford Holdings Limited on the 2nd day of April 2001 at 11.50 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the undersigned fixes the 10th day of May 2001, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
