Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of April 2001, Iain Bruce Shephard was appointed liquidator of the
above-named company pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of April 2001.
