Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 22nd day of December 2000 at 12.15 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Stressfree Project Management Limited be liquidated and that Thomas Lee Rodewald
and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of
Te Puke, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for
the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of December 2000 at 12.15 p.m.
