Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 19th day of December 2000 at 3.30 p.m., the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, having filed a resolution as to solvency pursuant to sections 243 (8) and 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Neville Petrie Fagerlund, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
