Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of Yaldhurst Estates Limited commenced on the 20th day of December 2000, when the members appointed Norman Kerr Fraser, accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a resolution by entry in the company minute book.

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 31st day of January 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from any benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Any inquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
