Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of March 2001 at 2.30 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that Calgiri Investments Limited be liquidated and that Scott Dean Travis be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of March 2001.
