Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Ponsonby News & Mail Forwarding Limited (in liquidation) on the 30th day of March 2001 at 9.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of Ponsonby News
& Mail Forwarding Limited (in liquidation) fix the 30th day of April 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
