Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Graeme George McDonald and John Lawrence Vague, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies by special resolutions of their respective shareholders on the 30th day of March 2001 at the times noted below, the date and times that the liquidations commenced:
? AW New Zealand Investments Limited (in liquidation)
at 11.45 a.m.
? Equal Assets Limited (in liquidation) at 11.30 a.m.
? Karangahape Property Management Limited
(in liquidation) at 11.15 a.m.
? Primaton Holdings (Twenty Eight) Limited
(in liquidation) at 12.00 midday.
Notice is given that as liquidators of the companies, we fix the 24th day of April 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
