Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 30th day of March
2001, appointed Gordon L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Goldsmith Fox PKF, Christchurch, as liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of March 2001 at 9.30 a.m.
