Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 30th day of March 2001 at 10.30 a.m., it was resolved by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Trusts Contracting Limited be liquidated and that Charles Fletcher, solicitor of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of March
2001 at 10.30 a.m.
