Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Peter Brian Barnes, chartered accountant of Hastings, was appointed liquidator of Forrester Holdings Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of December 2000 at 9.00 a.m.
