Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and in the matter of Institute of Plant and Machinery Valuers Incorporated (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of November 2000, Iain Bruce Shephard was appointed as liquidator of the above-named institute pursuant to a special resolution entered into the institute's minute book.
The liquidation is specifically for the purpose of facilitating a merger between the Institute of Plant and Machinery Valuers Incorporated and the New Zealand Property Institute Incorporated.
The Institute of Plant and Machinery Valuers Incorporated is solvent.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of November 2000.
