Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 23rd day of March 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Frews Refrigeration Limited be liquidated and that Gordon Lewis Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for
the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of March
2001 at 9.30 a.m.
