Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of December 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that The Art of Learning Limited be liquidated and that Colin Geoffrey Sheppard, accountant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

Note: The directors of the company have signed a resolution, under section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the company is solvent. The liquidation is the result of a restructuring and the business will continue under the name of The Art of Learning (2000) Limited.
