Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of International Securities NZ Limited
(in liquidation) by order of the High Court on the 8th day of March 2001 at 11.12 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
