Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, Shaan Stevens, chartered accountant, and Mark Stevens, accountant, of Guinness Gallagher Chartered Accountants, were appointed liquidators of Waikato Maori Behavioural Limited (formerly Health Innovations Limited) by special resolution of the shareholders on the 22nd day of March 2001.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 20th day of April 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
