Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (1) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 20th day of March 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to sections 122 and
241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Elmwood Estates Limited be liquidated and that Roger Bryce Keenan, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of March 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours care of the address and telephone number stated below.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
30th day of April 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
