Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Grey, chartered accountant of Chester Grey Chartered Accountants Limited, was appointed as liquidator of Web World Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of March 2001.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Stephen Grey at 230 Great South Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland, on telephone (09) 257 8278.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
12th day of April 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
