Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Kenneth David Williams, chartered accountant of Williams & Co Limited, was appointed liquidator of NSB Producers Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of December 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Kenneth David Williams at 52 Rosebank Road, Avondale, Auckland on telephone (09) 828 3170.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 31st day of January 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
