Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 7th day of March 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Action Overnight Limited be liquidated and that Jeffrey Nicholas Couch, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of March 2001.
