Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Rotorua dated the 12th day of March 2001, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies.
The liquidations commenced on the 12th day of March 2001 at 12.25 p.m., 12.28 p.m. and 12.42 p.m. respectively.
Creditors and shareholders may make direct inquiries to the liquidators' assistant, Rozanna Waiari, during normal business hours at the address and direct dial number stated below.
