Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 9th day of March 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Westminster Investments Limited be liquidated and that Western Clyde Colson, chartered accountant of Albany, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of March 2001.
