Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Peter Rodney Spurdle, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Fenton Investments Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of December 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Peter Spurdle, 176 Hinemoa Street, Rotorua, on telephone (07) 349 5000.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 31st day of January 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
