Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice of Meeting to Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
On the 1st day of March 2001, Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of The Bay Development Construction Company Limited, pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, on the resignation of R. L. Merlo, the shareholder appointed liquidator.
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held by way of an assembly of creditors at the Bureta Motor Inn, Vale Street, Tauranga, on the 10th day of April 2001, in the Totara Room commencing at 3.00 p.m.
Business
The business to be transacted at the meeting is:
1. To receive a statement of the position of the company's affairs by the liquidator.
2. To resolve what action, if any, should be taken by the liquidator.
3. To consider appointment of a liquidation committee and, if so, appoint members of that committee.
