Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 7th day of March 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Courtesy Fare Limited be liquidated and that Jack Peter Poutsma, chartered accountant of Paihia, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of March 2001.
