Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 27th day of October 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that J P & D Whelan Limited be liquidated and that Gordon Lewis Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of December 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
