Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 12th day of March 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a), that JR Attwood Limited be liquidated and that Colin Gordon Powell, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of March 2001.
