Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section
241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Terence Charles Webb Bastion, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of Turoa The Giant Limited on the
2nd day of March 2001 at 3.00 p.m.
Prior to my appointment, the directors of the company resolved that the company would, upon the appointment of a liquidator, be able to pay its debts.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
2nd day of April 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

for Turoa Ski Resort Limited (in receivership and
in liquidation). Now that the skifield has been sold, the company is no longer required.
