Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Richard Dale Agnew and John Anthony Waller, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Max Resources Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 1st day of March 2001 at 3.07 p.m., the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
Notice is given that as liquidators of Max Resources Limited (in liquidation), we fix the 11th day of June 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
