Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on the 1st day of March 2001 at 2.15 p.m., when the creditors resolved to appoint Brendon James Gibson and Stephen Mark Lawrence liquidators jointly and severally.
This appointment replaces that of Grant Dixon, who was previously appointed liquidator by the shareholders on or about the 15th day of February 2001.
