Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 15th day of December 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Zagarolo Investments Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Carlaw Richards, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of December 2000 at 12.00 midday.
