Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 26th day of February 2001 at 8.30 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, that Lightning Logistics (Australasia) Limited cease trading and that Stephen Rex Tietjens and John Joseph Cregten, of Auckland, be appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of February 2001.
