Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 19th day of December 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Campbell Construction Company Limited be liquidated and that Anthony Eric Weber, of Prince & Partners, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of December 2000.
