Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Peter Henwood, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, was appointed liquidator of Kairua Farms Limited and Kairua Holdings Limited on the 22nd day of February 2001.
