Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice for Last Day for Filing Unsecured Creditors Claim Forms
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on the 22nd day of February 2001 at 9.25 a.m., when the members appointed Brendon James Gibson and Stephen Mark Lawrence as liquidators jointly and severally in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors are advised that the last day for the filing of unsecured creditors claim forms in the liquidation is Thursday, the 5th day of April 2001.
