Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and John Anthony Waller, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the following companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 22nd day of February 2001, the date and times that the liquidations commenced:

Absolute Autocolour Limited at 10.29 a.m.
Concept Enterprises Limited at 10.45 a.m.
Notice is given that as liquidators, we fix the 21st day of May 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
