Appointment of Liquidator
By resolution of the shareholders dated on the 19th day of February 2001 and timed at 12.50 p.m., Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the
19th day of April 2001.
