Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that by a duly called special meeting of the above-named companies on the 21st day of February 2001, a special resolution was passed by the companies stating that the companies be wound up voluntarily and Wayne Robert Adsett be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of the companies fixes the 23rd day of March 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
