Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Maurice George Noone, chartered accountant of Dunedin, was appointed as liquidator of Tarawa Resources Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 16th day of February 2001 at 2.45 p.m., the time and date that the liquidation commenced.
