Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of November 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act
1993, that Perugia Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Matthew Kevin Gilligan, of Matthew Gilligan & Associates Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of November 2000.
