Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
It was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Light Concrete Services Limited be liquidated and that Robert Wilson Purchas, of Polson Higgs & Co, Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of February 2001.
The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts.
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator fixes the 23rd day of March 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
