Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 14th day of February 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Currin Builders Limited be liquidated and that Grant Dixon, of Withers
& Co Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of February 2001.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
19th day of March 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
