Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of M & R Samsons Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that Christopher John Swann and
A. T. Evans, chartered accountants, were appointed joint liquidators of M & R Samsons Limited (in liquidation) by order of a shareholders' special resolution passed on the 7th day of February 2001 at 5.00 p.m.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of February 2001 at 5.00 p.m.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 12th day of March 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under sections 312 and 313 of the Companies Act 1993.
