Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 17th day of December 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Dinsdale Supermarket Limited be liquidated and that Grant Blackbourn, Withers & Co Limited, Chartered Accountants, Warkworth, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of December 2000.
