Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 31st day of January 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the International Institute of Development Company (NZ) Limited be liquidated and that Ronald Wilfred Eglinton, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, be appointed as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of February 2001.
