Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Cue Sports Taranaki Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of December 2000, Iain Bruce Shephard was appointed as liquidator of the above-named company by order of the High Court at New Plymouth.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of December 2000.
