Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of Allens One Limited (previously trading as Trans Holdings Limited) commenced on the 5th day of February 2001 at 10.00 a.m., when Michael Andrew Clarke was appointed as liquidator pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
