Dissolution of Partnership
The partnership of Gerard Winter Associates, solicitors at Whangarei, was dissolved on the 30th day of June 1999.
Dissolution of partnership took effect from the 1st day of July 1999, at which time all assets and liabilities of the partnership were realised and divided.
Philip Alexander-Crawford and Vanessa Joy Crosby will practise in partnership from the 1st day of July 1999, under the name "Law Group" in Whangarei.
Gerard Winter will continue as sole practitioner from the 1st day of July 1999, in Whangarei and Auckland.
This notice is given in pursuant to sections 35 and 36 of the Partnership Act 1908.
