Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton proposes to restore the following companies to the Register of Companies:
Meerkat Holdings Limited AK. 811493. Applicant: S. F. Varney, 107 Mountain Road, Epsom, Auckland.
Kalm Holdings Limited CH. 912970. Applicant: David Kang Tun Yee, 15 Jadewyn Place, Christchurch.
New Millennium Immigration & Travel Services Limited AK. 1005133. Applicant: O. Tupouniua, care of 9 Derrimore Heights, Manukau City, Auckland.
The Registrar proposes to act, under section 328 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the companies were carrying on business or in operation, or some other reasons existed for the companies to remain on the Register at the time that they were removed from the Register.
Any person who objects to the restoration of these companies to the Register must deliver notice of that objection in writing to the District Registrar at Hamilton within 20 working days from the date of this notice.
