Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given by Kiwi Marlborough Cheese Co-operative Limited of an amalgamation proposal affecting the company.
Marlborough Cheese Co-operative Limited proposes to amalgamate with Kiwi Marlborough Cheese Co-operative Limited, and Marlborough Cheese Co-operative Limited shareholders will become shareholders initially in Kiwi Marlborough Cheese Co-operative Limited and subsequently in Kiwi Co-operative Dairies Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal dated the 16th day of November 2000, are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of the company or of Marlborough Cheese Co-operative Limited, or any person to whom the company or Marlborough Cheese Co-operative Limited is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the company situated at Whareroa Road, Hawera, or of Marlborough Cheese Co-operative Limited at 3 Blind Creek Road, Tua Marina, Marlborough.
A shareholder or creditor of the company or Marlborough Cheese Co-operative Limited, or any person to whom the company or Marlborough Cheese Co-operative Limited is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the company or to Marlborough Cheese
Co-operative Limited.
